Rope (50 meters)
Roll of approximately 50 meters of sturdy white nylon rope. Combined with the OMFT buttons, this rope is suitable for bottle or knot exercises and measurements with the Force scale. Because this twisted rope is stretch-free, it is specifically designed for this purpose. Do not use other types of cord or rope for measurements with the Force scale, as this may affect the results.
Tip: burn the end of the rope with the flame of a lighter and then twist it to a point. Then it is easy to put the rope through the buttonholes.
