Breathing through the nose can sometimes be difficult. For example, if the nostrils are narrow or blocked. These nasal strips can then help you breathe through the nose. The valuable material of the strip widens the nostrils and keeps them open, so that you can breathe through the nose more easily. This has an effect during sleep, but also during exercise, for example.

The nasal strips have been developed by the makers of Myospots. The strips are impregnated with natural peppermint oil. This ensures a fresh air flow during sleep and counteracts the effects of pollen and dust that can lead to a blocked nose.

The strips have a hypoallergenic adhesive layer, which means that the risk of skin irritation is low. The strips are easy to remove, without leaving any traces of the adhesive layer behind. To apply, peel off the back of the strip and gently press the strip onto the lower part of your nose, above your nostrils. Wear the strip while sleeping and slowly peel it off when you wake up.

The nasal strips can also be used in combination with a mouth plaster, so that the mouth remains closed while sleeping. There are various options for painting the mouth, including the lip tape from the same manufacturer.
