Chompr (Small, Medium and Large)

In addition to the Chompr for use with babies, this mouth opener is also available for children and adults. The Chompr has been specially developed to keep the mouth open in a controlled manner during dental treatments.

The Chompr combines a firm mouth plug with soft support on the outside of the mouth. This keeps the mouth open and provides stabilization. This makes the treatment area more accessible and visible to a dentist.

The Chompr for children and adults is available in three sizes:

• Small: for children with deciduous teeth (primary dentition).
• Medium: for children in the transition phase (mixed dentition).
• Large: for adolescents and adults (permanent dentition).

The price per piece is € 8.75. When ordering 5 pieces at once, the price per piece is € 8.25 (a total saving of € 2.50). When purchasing those 5 pieces at once, various combinations of Small, Medium, and Large can be made. The Chompr can also be ordered in bags of 12 (all the same size). Because OMFT.info is the official supplier of this product in Europe, bags of Chomprs can be ordered here for virtually the same price as from the manufacturer in the United States (Armor Dental), but without additional import duties to EU countries and high shipping costs from America.

The Chompr is autoclavable and therefore reusable.
Instructions for autoclaving:

• 5 minutes at 134 °C or 20 minutes at 121 °C.
• Never hotter than 136 °C.

After approximately 40 autoclaves, wear will begin to occur and replacement is recommended.
